Our Story
Hey there, I'm Shileen.
I made my first batch of soap a little over 6 years ago.
At the time, the idea to make soap was completely random and stemmed from lounging on the couch, watching Netflix, scrolling Pinterest, and contemplating life's moments.
Because I was unfulfilled with my current line of work, I was looking for a change. Although I had no clue what I wanted to do other than “make stuff and work for myself”, I possessed a love for baking and a passion for natural skincare.
As I grew older, I realized how important it is that we take care of our skin.
Then the light bulb went off and I had an idea…
I knew nothing about how to make soap.
But I had an idea, and I was going for it.
For one year, I researched and read books on everything soap related.
12 months later, I bought myself a cold process soap making kit from Brambleberry.
I was so excited. I eagerly opened the box, started to work through the recipe, and made my first batch of soap.
The rest is history…
